Make A Return

We want you to love your purchase from Classic Diamond Jewelry. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help facilitate a hassle-free return process. Follow these simple steps to make a return:

Step 1: Request Return Authorization (RA) Number

Contact our customer service team at returns@classicdiamondjewelry.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email.

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

Once you receive your RA number, carefully package your item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Be sure to include all accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Affix the provided return label to the package or ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
  • Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions may not be eligible for return.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
